SHENZHEN Blake Bortles Jaguars Jersey , Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese academics and lawyers Sunday discussed revisions to the lawyers' law and reform of the lawyer system at a forum in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province.
Zhang Jun, minister of justice Jermey Parnell Jersey , called for efforts to standardize the lawyer practice and promote innovation in developing the lawyer system, at the opening of the forum attended by nearly 900 academics and lawyers.
As a decision by the top legislature to revise the lawyers' law came into effect on Jan. 1, Zhang stressed the reform of the lawyer system by taking the opportunity of the law revision.
Attendees of the forum said that Chinese lawyers embrace better opportunities amid the country's deepened judicial reform over the past years.
Wang Shougui Brandon Linder Jersey , a lawyer from northeast China's Liaoning Province, said that previous revisions to the law guaranteed the steady development of the lawyer group and promoted democracy and rule of law in China.
He Baojian, a lawyer from east China's Zhejiang Province Josh Lambo Jersey , suggested that the revision should specify lawyers' business scope while lawyer Su Wen from south China's Hainan Province called for standardized management of lawyers associations.

AMMAN, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Jordan on Wednesday said talks were still ongoing with Russia to secure the best financing solutions to build the country's first nuclear power plant.
The Jordan Atomic Energy Commission said in a statement that the two countries were still committed to the project to build a nuclear power plant in Jordan with two reactors each having a capacity of 1,000 megawatts.
Russia's Rosatom Marqise Lee Jersey , the state atomic energy corporation, has been keen on implementing the project since its inception and is involved in the project with all its technical and financial aspects, the commission said Tashaun Gipson Jersey , quoted by the Jordan Times.
The commission's statement came following some local reports claiming that the Russian company was looking into withdrawing from the project and it has already submitted a request to Jordan in this regard.
The commission said technical studies related to the project were completed as well as other studies, emphasizing that the project will not put any burden on the treasury.
Early 2017, Jordan and Russia have floated tenders to attract bids for supplying turbines and electrical systems for the kingdom's first nuclear power plant.
Jordan will secure 1.5 billion U.S. dollars and Russia will do the same for building the plant Brad Nortman Jersey , which is estimated to cost 10 billion dollars. The rest will be financed by banks and funds.
In March 2015, Jordan signed an inter-governmental agreement with Russia to build and operate the nuclear power plant. Russia's Rosatom will own 49 percent of the project.
The first reactor is expected to be operational in 2025.
Energy-poor Jordan imports about 97 percent of its energy needs annually.

" Acne is the skin condition that everyone loves to hate. Of course the best treatment is preventing its occurrence in the first place. Unfortunately for millions of people this just isn't possible. Acne has a nasty habit a popping up in the worst possible places at the worst possible time. It does go away but for some sufferers it leaves behind an unsightly reminder; an acne scar.Much like any other trauma that occurs to the skin, acne can leave a scar. This doesn't mean that it always does and some people are more prone to scarring then others. What normally happens after an acne blemish clears a dark spot known as post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation will appear on the skin. This is the body's reaction when it starts repairing the spot where the pimple was located. This dark pigmentation will usually fade away after a couple of years.There are two basic types of acne scars; raised and depressed.A raised scar is much less common and is a symptom of those who develop keloids at the skin trauma sites. A keloid is an overgrowth of the tissue at the site of the injury. Unfortunately keloids are hard to get rid of and surgery to remove a keloid will often result in a much larger specimen re-growing at the site.A depressed scar forms much the same way a scar for a scrap or a cut forms. When a pimple is born it forms inside a pore or hair follicle under the skin. When it is popped or disappears on its own some tissue and collagen loss occurs leaving a small depression. A new skin tissue grows over the acne site the depression remains leaving a small blemish in the skin.There are ways to prevent scars from occurring and also remove them when they do happen. The first place we will look at is prevention. After all never having a scar is much easier to deal with then having a scar.Make sure you have adequate Zinc in your diet. Zinc is important because it is essential in the tissue healing process. The faster the skin heals the less chance you will have of obtaining a scar. This can help lessen or preven. |
