The CB and ETS released a statement to the Times Magazine saying that the allegations of widespread cheating were based on "specific and reliable information."
Chinese students who took the SAT were infuriated by the delay which affected all Chinese and South Korean test-takers. The delay also resulted in the American authorities being challenged by students who questioned the reasons behind the delay.

Anxieties and concerns
The October SAT results won't be sent to Chinese students until mid November, but the application process for many US universities ends in early November.
